Namaste and thanks for stopping by! My name is Prakash Ganapathy and I'm a passionate wedding and fashion photographer based in KL.
I’ve been fascinated with images since as long as I can remember. It’s the song of light and composition mixed with human emotion that makes taking
pictures such a joy.
In today's fast pace culture where images saturate our televisions and media, it’s hard to remember to slow down and appreciate the life behind the still pictures. It is my goal with every picture I take to look for the story behind the image… to dig deeper than just composition and creative angles.
PHOTOGRAPHY HISTORY
I have been taking pictures since 2006 semi-professionally doing primarily portrait & wedding photography.
After 2 years of photography experience and self exploration in the field, I left my day job as a successful IT professional for almost 9 years. Worked for companies like Citibank, Singapore Computer Systems and Hewlett Packard managing offshore IT transformations projects.
I guess it was my calling to persue my passion since childhood, when dad exposed me to his SLR camera. I still feel the same joy freezing moments,.. emotional moments and it's probably the reason why I love wedding & fashion photography so much.
